Description
From the various options on the menu, we recommend starting with one of the excellent snacks such as crab croquette, Joselito chorizo and black garlic and then continuing with pistachio carbonara, a delicious pasta made with traditional guanciale and roasted pistachios. Main courses include excellent meat options, such as chateaubriand for two served with gravy. The restaurant has a chic, bistro-style decor and a lively atmosphere typical of the restaurants in La Valletta’s historic centre.
