Description
The rooftop of the Rum Hotel plays host to the sister of Salt, which opens for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday and offers great views over the river. In winter, it’s covered and there’s a warming fireplace; in summer, the roof is retracted and the sun streams in. They style themselves as a wine bar and the global list focuses on natural and biodynamic options. The menu, meanwhile, comprises classic Hungarian dishes reworked in a modern style and presented as a selection of small and large sharing plates.
