Matteo Grandi moved from the province of Verona to these elegant premises near the Renaissance-style Basilica Palladiana. Despite the change of venue, his cuisine remains the same, showcasing a culinary philosophy which avoids fat and is fully focused on flavour. Made from top-quality ingredients, the chef’s dishes are balanced and skilfully imaginative, with the occasional exotic twist thanks to his previous experience working in China. His wife Elena Lanza oversees the front of house with elegance and expertise.
