Chef David Yárnoz prepares sincere, creative cuisine that is captivating in terms of both its aesthetics and its flavour, and always showcases the outstanding produce of the Navarra region. This is demonstrated on a single surprise menu (Clásicos y Evolución) featuring the restaurant’s signature dishes alongside its more recent creations.
