Kiyotaka Onuma opened his trattoria after being seduced by Tuscan cuisine, and his passion for the foods he discovered sampling local restaurants is on full display. Be sure to start with the richly varied appetiser assortment, a product of great time and effort. Meat dishes grilled over charcoal are the highlight.
