The Mandemaker has a lot of trumps up its sleeve, such as its terrace on the inner harbour, cheerful flowers, the winning combination of hip design and a cosy atmosphere, as well as the guestrooms. Excellent seasonal produce, with a focus on fish, is beautifully showcased in contemporary creations such as pickled mackerel with crispy asparagus and lime leaf cream.
