Even the entrance to the establishment greets us with sacks of flour and pasta rolling machines. The space is located along a winding alley in Haebangchon, yet the Itaewon skyline seen from the terrace and through the glass wall evokes majesty. The establishment’s signature offering is freshly made Italian pasta with a Korean twist – be it Jeju black pork ragù featuring red chili paste and fish sauce, burrata cheese, or roasted Ecklonia cava.
