Description
After several ventures in his native Devon, the North Yorkshire coastline has become the home of Thomas Carr and his skilled fish cookery. His restaurant occupies two cosy rooms inside Ox Pasture Hall Hotel, with Thomas' love and understanding of seafood clear to see throughout the well-balanced, classically based dishes. Each individual course on the tasting menu is enjoyable in itself, but the full experience is enhanced when they come together as a whole. The friendly, engaging service perfectly complements this skilful cooking.
