For this restaurant, architect Naoki Otake introduced a theatrical lighting design which enhances the dining experience and used a plethora of wood to create an intimate yet discreet and elegant space featuring the best aspects of contemporary and Japanese styles. Its dishes, prepared using fish of the highest quality, combine the traditional and cutting edge, with interesting suggestions such as the sushi with squid and truffle, and main dishes including robata-grilled scallops with salmon.
