Description

There are just 10 tables in this small but elegant space within the St Enodoc hotel, whose chicly understated grey décor is dotted with contemporary seascapes. ‘Blas a Karrek’ translates as ‘taste of Rock’ and the two tasting menus certainly showcase the best Cornish ingredients. The kitchen uses plenty of modern techniques in its creative and ambitious dishes.
