Her appetising cuisine is regional, seasonal and dotted with modern influences, and the wines are excellent. In addition, they serve a vegetarian set menu. The service is friendly and well organised. There are also comfortable guestrooms. The eggs served at breakfast are laid by the establishment's own hens!
