Description
The source of the Trabe river lies in the grounds of this restaurant (hence its name), from where it gushes into a small lake and then flows silently alongside the outdoor tables, creating a delightful space for summer dining. In addition to this beautiful setting, the restaurant also offers inviting dining rooms and champions an environmentally friendly approach, adopting various sustainable practices. However, more than anything it is Marci Rispo’s cuisine that is truly memorable. Whichever of the two tasting menus you choose, your fine-dining experience will start with a welcome aperitif and canapés offered by the chef in the beautiful wine cellar. Once at your table, you’ll enjoy a series of elegant dishes which are full of flavour, inspired by the culinary traditions of Campania and made from seasonal, regional ingredients such as the famous mozzarella di bufala, including the spaghetti dish known as “Bufala, bufala, bufala”. An excellent wine list and attentive service complete the picture.
