All-day dining supervised by the chef of Craftale in Tokyo. The extensive menu is based on French cuisine. For lunch, Western-style curries, vegan salads and other casual fare are served. At dinnertime the menu switches to snacks, à la carte items and an authentic, modern French prix fixe. With each dish, the chef aims to raise the bar a notch or two, hence the name ‘Upstairz’.
