Named after the French word for butterfly, the kitchen team led by a French head chef strives to transform quality ingredients into radically different culinary gems. The spacious room, in muted wood tones, is dotted by butterfly motifs with a tree-like centrepiece being the focal point. Only one tasting menu is served and it’s inspired by the chef’s travel across three continents. Exotic elements come through subtly in his refined French cooking.
