Jip, Yelle and Jesse Goyvaerts have set up shop in the heart of Eindhoven, in Domusdela, a converted church that has retained its serenity. Inside, the modern decor with Scandinavian touches works well – the wine cabinet is sure to draw the eye. The brothers conjure up creative dishes incorporating international influences, the finesse of French cuisine and Japanese seasonings.
