L'avis du Guide Michelin
This building has a long history. Built in 1320, it was originally part of a monastery – Stift St Florian. Today, it is home to a charming and elegant restaurant with a lovely vaulted ceiling. Drawing on Asian influences, the food here is a contemporary take on classic cuisine. As an alternative to the two set menus, a number of classic dishes can be ordered à la carte, and everything is prepared using select ingredients. The fantastic wine list includes an enticing selection of champagnes and Veltliners.
