L'avis du Guide Michelin
It might be called a grill but it’s not all about steaks here; meats in general are the focus, which is emphasised by the carcasses hanging in the chiller cabinet as you enter. Situated on the edge of the Old Town, the room has been given a faux-industrial look courtesy of exposed brick, plaster walls and quarry-tiled floors. The menu is short, seasonal and appealing, with the lunchtime burger on Saturdays changing ingredient from week to week. Care and pride are put into every one of the vibrant, colourful dishes, which come with international influences and bold, gutsy flavours.
