In the central neighbourhood of Extramurs, just across from the Rojas Clemente Market, this simple, small gastrobar is making waves. Behind the name, a colloquial term referring to feeling hungry and eager to eat, we find a couple (Cristian in the kitchen and Andrea front of house) who met while working at Albert Adrià’s legendary Tickets and are now running their own venture. The menu features a selection of fusion dishes that are all worth a try, with a small star marking the house classics, such as the tuna toast and the duck meatballs with curry.
