The first Sichuan vegetarian restaurant in Taiwan is jointly helmed by a chef specialising in vegetarian cooking and another well versed in Sichuan cuisine. As half of the shop is enclosed in glass panes, it feels airy and bright. Must-try items include basil-scented vegetarian crisp tripe, bean sprouts in truffle pâté, steamed stinky tofu, fried king oyster mushrooms and Gong Bao vegetarian chicken. No garlic or onion is used in any dish.
