Among the house must-tries, the delicious bruschette del marinaio stand out: a trio of swordfish and aubergine caponata, marinated anchovies and amberjack carpaccio with salt and tuna bottarga, a perfect expression of the venue’s true calling. Also well worth trying is the “Caciucco Mercede”, rich and fragrant, prepared with John Dory, scorpionfish, sea bass, prawns and squid.
