It’s not just the competitive prices that will bring you back, but above all the fragrant authenticity of Emilian cooking. Among the first courses, the “golden” specialties stand out, namely the fresh egg pastas: tortellini with 24-month Parmigiano cream and traditional lasagne verdi. The main courses are dominated by the indulgent cotechino with stewed beans and an impeccable bollito misto, while the ideal finale is entrusted to the celebrated zuppa inglese. In warmer months, tables in the intimate Piazza della Pomposa lend an even more charming atmosphere.
