Situated in the heart of Porta Nuova, the elegant, contemporary-style dining room at this restaurant has recently been expanded with a veranda that has given a new look to the façade and is perfectly in tune with the character of this new, futuristic district. Here, Andrea Berton’s cuisine focuses on just a few ingredients transformed into attractive dishes which are simple in style without being minimalist. Creative and modern, the chef’s meat and fish dishes are showcased on tasting menus from which courses can also be chosen à la carte style. His “Non Solo Brodo” menu has become a real classic – it is dedicated to different broths served with the dishes (for example, the squid with cherries and aubergines is enhanced by an intensely flavoured squid broth poured over the dish at your table), while in other dishes the broth is served as an accompaniment (lamb with cardamom and coffee served with fragrant chard, accompanied by a cardamom-flavoured lamb broth served in a glass alongside the dish). A business lunch is available on weekdays.
