This contemporary restaurant, whose name is a nod to the chef's mother (Camino), has become a great spot in the Barrio Húmedo. He surprises us by placing the kitchen in the centre of the restaurant, completely open and with a bar around it where we can also eat while watching the chef, Mario Gómez, hard at work. It also features several tables, each with a system of white sheer curtains running from the ceiling to the floor, allowing guests to create spaces with a degree of privacy.Here you will find a modern, daring, international proposal not exempt from powerful flavours (they like pickled foods and fermentations), which sees the light through two tasting menus, one called Origen and another, more complete, called Kamín, both with market and seasonal products.
