This restaurant in a luxury hotel is the group’s only F&B outlet serving Taiwanese cooking. With crystal chandeliers and oil paintings, the classically furnished room can feel a bit dated, but the friendly service, homely dishes and seafood sourced daily from neighbouring ports more than compensate. Deep-fried chicken nuggets offer a hint of camellia oil aroma that works well with the crispy sliced ginger.
