After years of moving around Dublin at festivals and pop-ups, the talented team behind allta finally have a permanent home in this spacious dockside building in a swish area of the city. The space is split into two parts: an industrial-chic cocktail bar complete with a DJ and a separate dining room with an open kitchen where guests can sit at the counter. The cooking takes the form of a tasting menu and has a strong Irish base, with quality seafood from native blue lobster to day-boat sole making an appearance.
