The set menu comes in four or six courses and features dishes such as "buñuelos, red wild prawns, brown butter crumbs, black garlic, lamb's lettuce" or "wild boar cheeks, red cabbage & emulsion, gnocchi, red-wine demi-glace, chorizo, mustard seeds".
