The Villa Katarina, located in Dubrovnik, is an oasis, 80 metres from the sea. Solar panels are used to generate most of the energy needed for the Villa's water heating and some electricity consumption. Energy-efficient light bulbs are used and everything is being recycled. The apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen.
